Hold Tight To Your Bombsite
You’ve successfully entered a bomb site and planted the bomb. If you’ve played any amount of CS, you know that’s only half the round. You will need to defend your bombsite and keep the counter-terrorists from defusing any way you can. You have thirty seconds from planting to detonation - that’s half a minute of the counter-terrorists doing everything they can to take you down. In turn, you need to give it all you’ve got.
Your Duty
At this point, it’s kill or be killed provided your team of terrorists end up victorious. It doesn’t matter if every single one of your team members die - if it is what’s need to keep them away for those thirty precious ticks, then let it be. Use up all the ammo you can dispense. As long as you kept the counter-terrorists away from the bomb, you’ve done your job well, even if it kills you.
First Things First
Before anything else, get the basics in order. Go over player positions with your team. Even before playing, get the map and assign which entrances every player needs to look after. Your area will be your sole responsibility - unless you have an ESP hack, of course, and can see everything that is going on. In case you do, be a team-player and share with your squad.
Before planting a bomb, check with the whole team to make sure the area is clear. Make sure everyone did their job and scoured every inch of their designated spots. The last thing you need is an unsecured location with counter-terrorists hiding in the shadows.
How To Hold Your Bombsite
One of the most common ways to keep the integrity of your detonation device is to set up a crossfire. Have a teammate situate himself on one side of your site with you on the other, carefully watching your planted bomb. When counter-terrorists walk in, you’ll have attackers from both sides shooting at them, enough to hopefully hold on to the round.
When the bomb is set, stay fast wherever you are. The most common reason for terrorists losing while a bomb has already been planted is anxious players unable to contain their curiosity. As such, they often take a peak and give away their positions. Communicate with all members and have them watch only their designated areas. No one needs to be an asshole too curious for their own good. Make sure everyone in your team knows it. If you have even a simple hack installed, like Player Distance, that would go a long way to knowing when to give your position and pounce or when to just hold still. Otherwise, tell everyone to just chill and play freaking normal.
It pays to remember that you only need to keep them at bay for 30 seconds. That means, if they attack, you don’t even need to kill them - slowing them down will do. Flashbang and stun weapons may prove enough to give you all the help you need to shave down that window of opportunity for them.
Counter Strike 1.6
If it’s happening and popular, it has to be Counter Strike 1.6. Easily the most interactive and mind boggling game to spawn the world of computer gaming, this is a game that has a fan following like David Beckham. Joining the game is easy as counting one, two and three. Firstly, one can join as an anti terrorist squad member whose main function is either to kill anti terrorist groups or accomplish a mission entrusted to them. The squad generally consists of 4 members, although the newer versions have one more member increased. One can be the sniper, spot and shoot those deadly enemies from the most secretive hide-outs or can be the plan man to execute the whole operation and lead your team into battle.
Secondly, one can join the game as the member of a terrorist organization, whose top priorities consist of either killing of the whole anti terrorist squad or to accomplish a particular mission, especially planting bombs at various places, which they have embarked on. The team is almost similar to that of the anti terrorist squad. There is no discrimination made between the two groups, as both of them are absolutely loaded with all the modern and hi-tech machineries, which of course they have to buy.
And last but not the least; you can also join the game as a spectator. Better known as ‘ghosting’, this process involves mainly, the ‘dead players’ who generally communicate messages through other media options with the existing players. This option is mostly disabled in some the servers for this particular reason. This phenomenon mostly occurs in the gaming parlors. Encapsulating all the details of such a great game in such a small article is almost a mission impossible. So, for the other enthralling features, just try out Counter Strike 1.6.
